Callisti Oia Couples Massage – Booking Policy Booking Confirmation All bookings are considered confirmed only after the completion of the deposit payment. The deposit is completed through the secure payment link sent to your email after submitting the booking form. Deposit Policy The deposit is non-refundable. However, it remains valid for future use and can be redeemed at any time when you visit the island. Delay Policy In case of delay, guests are required to inform us at least 2 hours in advance. Otherwise, the delay time will be deducted from the total duration of the massage.
